摘要: 英国精神科医师培训制度经过多年的发展,目前已经形成了一套规范化和科学化的制度体系。我国的精神科医师培养路径尚不规范和完善。本文对英国的精神科医师培养体制进行了系统回顾和分析,为北京市乃至全国的精神专科医师培训制度的进一步完善提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: At present, there is a set of standardized and scientific system for psychiatrist training in Britain through many years’ development. The training path of psychiatrists in China has not been standardized and there is much room to improve. In this paper, the author made a systematic review and an analysis of the training system of psychiatrists in the UK, so as to provide a reference for the further improvement of the training system in Beijing and throughout the country.
