摘要: 2017 年1 月,教育部、财政部和国家发展改革委共同制定了“双一流”实施办法(暂行),由此揭开了国内“双一流”建设的大幕。各高等院校跃跃欲试,争相建设“双一流”。那么如何建设?从哪方面去建设?要达到什么目标?如何去评价?“双一流”建设前景如何?这都是值得思考的问题。

Abstract: In January 2017, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly developed the Double First-Class Implementation Approach (provisional), which opened the curtain of domestic double first-class construction. Subsequently, colleges and universities are competing for the double first-class construction actively. So how to conduct the double first-class construction? From which aspects to build it? What kind of target should be achieved? How to evaluate? What about the double first-class construction prospect? All these are questions worth considering.
