Current situation of the construction of elderly caregivers

摘要: 目的 推动健康服务业发展,加强养老护理员队伍建设,以促进养老事业的蓬勃发展。方法 检索梳理养老护理员队伍建设现状相关文献,分析其所存在的问题及其原因,结合健康服务业的发展需要,提出建设性意见。结果 我国养老护理员队伍所存在的主要问题:数量不足、人员结构不合理、文化素质低、持证率低、流失率高、培训时间短等。结论 提出相关建议:加大法律政策支持,健全养老护理员培训体系,加大宣传力度,消除职业偏见等。

Abstract: Objective To promote the development of health services and strengthen the construction of the elderly caregiver team. Methods The status of the elderly caregiver team was analyzed, the problems and the reasons were analyzed, and the constructive suggestions were put forward according to the development needs of the health service industry. Results The main problems in the construction of the elderly caregivers are the lack of quantity and unreasonable staff structure, low cultural quality, low rate of registration, high turnover rate and short training time. Conclusion Our suggestions are to increase the support of legal policy, improve the training system for elderly caregivers, increase propaganda, and eliminate occupational prejudice.
