摘要: 遵义医科大学从五年制本科临床医学教育与住院医师规范化培训的衔接;从住院医师规范化培训与专业学位研究生的衔接,以及如何建立以岗位胜任力为导向的临床医学人才培养模式三方面入手:研究问题,探索构建了贵州省“5+3”临床医学人才培养模式。为西部地区高等医学教育医教协同发展,顺应国家“5+3”临床医学人才培养改革提供了一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the following three aspects: the connection between the five-year undergraduate clinical medical education and the standardized training of the resident physician, the connection between the standardized training of the resident physician and the graduate student of the professional degree, and the establishment of the training mode of the clinical medical personnel based on the post-competencein Zunyi Medical University. It proposesthe training mode of “5+3” clinical medical talents in Guizhou province, also provides certain reference for the coordinated development of medical education in the western region and the reform of the “5+3” clinical medical personnel training.
