Abstract: The talents of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are the carrier of TCM valuable inheritance and experience. How to optimize, accelerate and improve TCM personnel training are three crucial elements in revitalization of TCM. As a TCM department in a comprehensive hospital, we carried out a series of cultivating talents programs in "the Famous Senior TCM Physician Studio" construction, combined with our own characteristics, brought about satisfactory outcome and precious experience.
