Abstract: Focusing on the cultivation of general practitioners, a few targets in the education reform and practice need to be achieved, including the cultivation-model innovation of clinical medicine professionals, the optimization of curriculum system, the construction of teaching faculty which should satisfy the demand for talents training, the improvement of teaching in training base and training function, in order to realize the cultivation of general practitioners, who embrace excellent professional ethics, work attitude, awareness of innovation and sustainability, and can be competent in the basiclevel medical institution.
