Practical exploration on improving the effectiveness of situation and policy courses of medical students through peer education

Abstract: As an important part of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, the courses of situation and policy play an important role in college students 'education and training. It is a primary task for the courses of situation and policy to promote Xi Jinping’s thinking of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, to enter the textbooks into the classroom and the minds of the students, timely, accurately, in-depth. By analyzing the current teaching situation, combing with the characteristics of medical students, innovating the course forms, it sets up a new model of curriculum teaching to lay the ideological and political theoretical foundation for training the new generation who takes on the task of national rejuvenation, and it can stimulate the internal learning motivation of medical students to study the situation and policies, enhance the effectiveness of course teaching.
