Hospital personnel management reform was promoted by informatization

Abstract: Talent construction is the fundamental guarantee for the hospital development. It is a challenge for the whole personnel management pattern with a series reform measures for hospitals in recent years. It requires more meticulous personnel management in hospitals to reduce cost, to improve efficiency and to nurture talent. To solve these problems,Beijing Tiantan Hospital initiated human resources management reforms based on the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This article firstly introduced the necessity and research status of human resources management informatization construction, and then discussed how to build the human resources management information system of Beijing Tiantan Hospital on this basis.
