Consideration on influences of the universal“two-child”policy towards clinical personnel training

Abstract: With the promulgation and implementation of the universal“two-child”national policy, many medical subspecialties will be involved, and lots of opportunities and challenges will be brought to medical education system and personnel training project. We should be fully aware of the possible changes, actively take relevant measures, adapt to the reform and development, and improve the corresponding professional medical education, so as to better our health care services.
