Implementation and effect analysis on“the co-cultivation program”about undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract: Since Beijing Municipal Education Commission officially launched the Co-Cultivation Program for Advanced Talents in Beijing Higher Education in 2015, Capital Medical University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine have cooperated in exploring the reform of Chinese medicine personnel training mode, the construction of professional curriculum system and the formation of the virtual teaching team. The results shows feedback of the students in the first year, the students’ learning adaptability was improved and the curriculum system was reasonable. This paper reviews the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide a basis for further exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training.
