Abstract: To cultivate students’abilities of scientific research and innovation is an important task of the university, which is promoted by various kinds of teaching modes. For the students under the tutorial system, the teachers’scientific research behavior can subtly influence them, which is also a scientific enlightenment education. For students interested in participating in research experiments, teachers must careful guide them so as to improve their abilities in comprehension and in practice. For undergraduates undergoing graduation practice, teachers must demonstrate rigorous scholarship research to them, cultivate their innovative ability and encourage them in scientific practice.
