医学检验技术本科生全程导师制对教与学的作用

摘要: 本科生全程导师制是近年来我国提高人才培养质量的重要方式。南方医科大学检验与生物技术学院坚持立德树人、全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的教育理念,从 2017 级医学检验技术专业的本科生开始试行本科生全程导师制。经过两年的实践和探索,此举措构建了和谐的师生关系,提高了学生人文素养,培养了学生职业道德,实现了理论与实践的有效衔接,提高了学生的动手能力,同时也提升了师生双方独立思考和科研创新的能力。

Abstract: The whole course tutorial system for undergraduate is an important way to improve the quality of students’ cultivation in China in recent years. The School of Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology at Southern Medical University persists in the educational idea of cultivating students focus on morality, by all staff, in the whole process and in all aspects. Therefore, the whole course tutorial system for undergraduate students started from 2017 in Medical Laboratory Sciences majors. After 2 years, this measure constructed a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, enhanced students’ humanity qualities, fostered the professional ethics of students, helped them put theory into practice, improved their ability of both hands-on and scientific research and innovation. It also promoted the common development of teaching and learning.
