摘要: 在人力资源多元化的时代,编制外人员已成为高校事业发展中不可或缺的力量,如何在多样化的编制外人员使用形式中进行科学选择直接影响高校人力资源的管理和使用效率。本文对高校编制外人员的岗位设置及使用形式进行系统分析,结合编制外人员使用过程中存在的共性问题,据实提出了管理建议。

Abstract: In the era of diversified human resources, personnel outside establishment have become an important force in the development of universities. How to make a choice among diverse forms of personnel outside establishment directly affects the management efficiency of human resources in universities. This paper systematically analyzes the post settings and employment forms of personnel outside establishment in universities, and puts forward management recommendations based on common problems in the employment process of personnel outside establishment.
