摘要: 正念冥想是有意识、非批判地以开放和好奇的态度将意识带入当下时刻的体验,从而培养正念品质,提高应对技巧,改善心身状况的一种有效的干预策略。护理学生承受着学业压力和临床实践的双重考验常常出现较高的心理压力,容易产生各种情绪问题甚至头疼、眩晕等身体症状。这将对他们的学业和临床表现产生不利影响。而正念冥想训练不同于传统的心理技能训练为提高护生的身心健康另辟新径,但是也必须进行科学有效的正念冥想训练。

Abstract: Mindfulness meditation is an effective intervention strategy that intentionally brings consciousness into the current moment with an open and curious attitude, thus cultivating the quality of mindfulness, improving coping skills and improving mental and physical conditions. Nursing students are frequently under high psychological pressure from academic and clinical practice. They are prone to various emotional problems such as headaches and dizziness, which will have an
adverse effect on their academic and clinical performance. The scientific and effective mindfulness meditation training is different from the traditional psychological skills training, and helps to improve the physical and mental health of the nursing students.
