摘要： 肾内科专业学位型研究生的培养目标是培养熟练掌握本学科的临床知识、临床逻辑思维能力和一定的临床科研能力医学研究生。本文对肾内科专业学位型研究生的综合素质、临床能力和科研能力的培养进行了探讨，以期为肾内科专业学位型硕士研究生的培养提供参考。
Abstract: The training goal of postgraduates in clinical nephrology major is to master clinical knowledge, thinking mode as well as scientific research capacity. In order to provide some suggestions and reference materials, we discussed the training strategies of postgraduates in clinical nephrology major in terms of comprehensive qualities, clinical and scientific research capacities.
