高等医学院校学生学习适应性及影响因素的质性研究

Qualitative study on learning adaptability and influencing factors of higher medical college students

摘要: 目的 本研究以高等医学院校学生为研究对象,了解高等医学院校学生学习适应性的现状以及学习不适应的原因,探寻高等医学院校学生学习适应性的影响因素。方法 以某高等医学院校全日制在校本科生为研究对象,采用访谈法收集资料,采用内容分析法处理数据。结果 访谈结果表明,高年级学生具有较高的学习动力和热情,他们能够合理地分配学习时间,掌握适合的学习节奏。临床类学生中还存在着在实习过程中暴露出临床实践技能不熟练所导致的实习压力,学生学习适应性相对较差。低年级学生出现学习不适应的现象最多,主要原因是教师的授课方式与大部分学生的接受能力不适合。结论 高等医学院校学生适应性的高低受学生的学习能力、教师授课方式、学生专业类别、同学人际关系、心理及环境因素影响。学习适应性教育应着重关注低年级学生。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the learning adaptability and to explore the factors influencing the learning adaptability of medical students in higher medical colleges. Methods The subjects interviewed were full-time undergraduates in a medical college. We used interview method to collect data and analyzed the data by content analysis method. Results The interview results show that senior students had a high learning motivation and enthusiasm, they could reasonably allocate learning time, and master the appropriate learning rhythm. The clinical students met internship pressures because of their unskilled clinical practice, and therefore, thier learning adaptability was relatively poor. The highest number of inadaptabilty was among the low-grade students, and the main reason is that teachers teaching methods did not macch most students' acceptability. Conclusion The adaptability of students in medical colleges and universities is affected by the students' learning ability, teachers' teaching methods, students’specialties, students’friendship, psychological and environmental factors. Learning adaptability education should be focused on the low-grade students.
