摘要: 心电图检查是诊断心血管疾病最常用和最重要的检测手段。住院医师虽然在本科教育阶段系统学习了心电图诊断和内科学的心律失常,然而毕业后能够掌握心电图的判读仍具有挑战 , 准确分析和判读心电图结果仍然是医学生毕业后必须去学习掌握的技能之一。笔者在首都医科大学本科教育和住院医师规范化培训中多年的心电图教学工作中,不断总结和探索心电图的教学分析法,简称“R2CA-PQRST”,此法便于记忆,与 CBL 教学法相结合,可改进教学效果,提升规培住院医师的心电图读图和诊断能力。

Abstract: The Electrocardiogram (ECG) is the most common and foremost detection means for the diagnosis of ardiovascular diseases. Although the resident doctors have systematically studied the ECG diagnosis and arrhythmia of nternal medicine during undergraduate education, it is still a challenge and a key skill for medical students to analyze and interpret ECG accurately after graduation.We explored the ECG analysis teaching method, referred to as “R2CA-PQRST”,both for under graduate education and standardization training of residents in Capital Medical University. This method is easy to remember, when combined with case-based learning (CBL) method to improve the teaching effect, has improved the ability of the standardized training of residents to read and diagnose ECG.
