摘要: 高校教师教学能力的综合评价是学校教学质量评价的重要核心组成,搭建一个客观、系统、操作性强的教师教学能力综合评价指标体系可以科学、准确、全面地反映教师的教学能力,同时也可在信息化建设的基础上,以量化的形式为教学质量评价提供多层次多维度的强大数据源。

Abstract: The comprehensive evaluation system of teaching ability is not only the core of teaching operation in higher education, but also a vital part of personnel evaluation system. With the impact of information technology on higher education, we aim to establish an evaluation system of four parts: the evaluation of teaching design, implementation,guidance abilities and the students' learning results. Therefore, the evaluation system should scientifically, accurately and comprehensively reflect teachers' teaching ability, and be able to serve the teaching operation and personnel matters in the form of quantification.
