实践性教学在培养专业型血管超声术中监测医师的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨实践性教学在培养针对颈动脉内膜剥脱术中脑血流监测的血管超声医师的应用效果。方法采用实验对照方法,选取首都医科大学宣武医院血管超声科 2018 年 1 ~ 12 月住院医师 16 名及进修医师 24 名为研究对象,随机分为实验组及对照组。对实验组医师采用实践结合理论的教学方法,对照组医师采用传统的理论授课方法。课程结束后,对两组医生进行理论考试和问卷调查以评价教学效果。结果 实验组学生的基础理论成绩及病例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。问卷结果显示,实验组医师在学习积极性、自我学习能力、交流沟通能力、文献检索能力、临床思维能力方面的评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 采取理论结合实践的人才培养模式,能够取得较好的教学效果,可以用于培养专业的血管超声监测团队。

Abstract: Objective To explore the teaching effect of practical teaching in training vascular ultrasonography physicians or cerebral blood flow monitoring in carotid endarterectomy surgery. Methods 16 resident physicians and 24 in-service ducation physicians in vascular ultrasonography department of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University were selected rom January to December 2018. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. For the xperimental group, the practical teaching combined with theorical teaching was adopted, while the traditional theoretical eaching method were used for the control group. After the course, theoretical examination and questionnaire were taken to valuate the teaching effect. Results The physicians in the experimental group got higher scores of both basic theoretical est and case analysis test than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The esults of the questionnaire showed that the scores of the learning enthusiasm, self-learning ability, communication ability,literature search ability and clinical thinking ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the ontrol group, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of theorical and ractical teaching can achieve better teaching results, and can be applied to train professional vascular ultrasound monitoring eams for carotid endarterectomy surgery.
