摘要: 在医学生培养过程中坚持医学教育的实践性是至关重要的,作者在对此深刻认识的基础上,介绍了在医学留学生培养教育中举行全员参与的临床技能竞赛,促进了留学生临床技能、临床思维和团队合作意识的提升,并通过竞赛效果的分析与思考,进一步阐述了临床实践教学的重要性,临床技能大赛对留学生学习培养的适应性和组织临床技能竞赛应关注的问题。

Abstract: Practical knowledge in medical education is essential in training medical students. With this understanding,this article presents the clinical skills competition as a valuable part of training of medical students. It promotes the improvement of the clinical skills, clinical thinking, team cooperation and conscious level of the international students, as well as further elaborates the importance of clinical teaching through the analysis and results of the competition. Clinical skills contest should be targeted towards the adaptability, organization and development of clinical skills of international students.
