以赛促教,着力提升非直属附属医院教师教学能力——基于中山大学第11届临床教师教学查房比赛的分析、评价与思考

摘要: 临床实践教学是医学教学的重要一环,临床教师的教学能力又是影响实践教学质量的核心因素。本文通过比较中山大学第11 届临床教师教学查房比赛中18 家参赛医院的成绩,分析附属医院与非直属附属医院、综合医院与专科医院、新建医院与老牌医院在各环节上存在的差异,发现了教学准备、教学目标与临床分析等环节存在的问题,提出了进一步提升非直属附属医院教学能力的建设性意见和思路。

Abstract: Clinical practice teaching is one of the most important sectors in medical education, and the teaching abilities of clinical teachers is a core element influencing the teaching quality. This paper compared the performances of teachers from 18 hospitals in the 11th teaching round competitions of clinical teachers in Sun Yat-sen University, analyzing the differences between affiliated hospitals and indirectly affiliated hospitals, general hospitals and specialized hospitals, newly founded hospitals and long established hospitals.We found problems in teaching preparation, teaching targets and clinical analysis, and proposed some constructive suggestions and methods in enhancing the teaching abilities of teachers in indirectly affiliated hospitals.
