健康人文教育考核评价体系的研究与实践

摘要: 健康人文教育考核评价体系是医学院校健康人文教育模式的组成部分,旨在探索一种机制,以保证该模式提出的教育过程、教育结果能够有效实现,从而达到预期的教育目标。该体系在平时采用以形成性评价为主的考核方法,在终结性评价时采用“五星级”学分制考核评价方式,能够适应医学院校不同专业学生的学习内容,与学校现有的教务和成绩管理系统对接,为学生提供一份与传统成绩单平行的“五星级”健康人文教育考核评价表(成绩单),能较好反映学生的健康人文素养,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract: The assessment system described in this article, as the component of the fore mentioned mode, is to explore the mechanism to ensure the implementation of the educational progress and the educational outcomes, as well as to ensure the realization of the educational objectives. In this system, formative assessment was adopted as the main form at ordinary times, and the five-star rating method was adopted in summative assessment. Docked with the existing educational system and the performance management system, the assessment system has been applied in students of different specialties. The five-star rating adopted can reflect the overall health humanitic quality cultivated under the mode. The assessment system has high promotion value.
