Abstract: To improve medical knowledge and operational ability of medical students, young obstetricians and refresher doctor from primary hospital, we have carried out the training program for nearly two years in our simulated delivery room. So far, we have got a lot of experience and achievements, and enhanced the students’ ability of trainee in theory and clinical practice. This paper has collected and provided a number of obstetric experts’ teaching experience and classified their working processes as reference materials for medical students and young obstetricians.
