上海市住院医师规范化培训满意度现状及影响因素调研

Study on current status and influential factors of job satisfaction among standardized training residents in Shanghai

摘要: 目的 了解上海市住培医师培训满意度的现况及相关影响因素,为提高该群体的培训满意度提出针对性的举措。方法 以上海市4所住院医师规范化培训基地临床医学专业的住培医师为研究对象,从中完全随机抽样318位住培医师,应用明尼苏达工作满意度量表(中国版)和自设条目进行问卷调研。结果 参加调研住培医师的“内在满意度”得分均值为40.96±7.241,“外在满意度”得分均值为19.78±3.910,总体满意度总得分均值为67.90±11.503。睡眠时间与培训满意度的各维度得分呈显著正相关性,而工作时间与外在培训满意度呈负相关;年龄越大、学历越高、参加规培的时间越长、对收入的满意度越低的住培医师其培训满意度则越低,且已婚者较未婚者、有工作经历者较无工作经历者的满意度得分较低。结论 上海市住培医师的培训满意度总体为中等水平。不断优化住院医师规范化培训制度,改善住培医师的工作环境,提高收入待遇,重视对其人文关怀将有助于提高住培医师的培训满意度。

Abstract: Objective To explore the current situation and influential factors of job satisfaction among standardized training residents in Shanghai and to put forward measures of improving their job satisfaction. Methods A randomized sampling was used to recruit 318 standardized training residents from 4 training bases in Shanghai to participate in this questionnaire-based survey. The questionnaire included both Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ) and some other socio-demographic items. Results The average score of intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and overall job satisfaction were 40.96±7.241, 19.78±3.910 and 67.90±11.503 respectively. And the Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of 3-dimensions of job satisfaction were positively correlated with average sleep time (per week), while the scores of extrinsic job satisfaction were negatively correlated with average work time (per week). Comparison analysis (t/F test) showed residents who were older, married and had previous work experience, longer training years and less salary satisfaction would get lower scores in overall satisfaction. Conclusion Standardized training residents in Shanghai enjoyed a moderate level of job satisfaction. And offering better work environment, increasing residents’ satisfaction of salary and improving training methods and humanistic care may help increase the job satisfaction among standardized training residents in Shanghai.
