Abstract: With the development of medicine in China, more and more postgraduate students are receiving basic science degree training in hospitals. Cell therapy center in Xuanwu hospital has been a successful place to provide good postgraduate training in the past years, particularly for those with clinical background. This article summarized the experience in training postgraduate students in a hospital to obtain a science degree, for the reference of peers.
