Abstract: To develop the quality management of assistant general practitioners standardized training normatively and effi ciently, a plan of constructing the quality management system was shaped throughout literature research, demand investigation and expert argumentation. Then the organization and personnel team, the quality evaluation standards in each process and the implementation measures of quality management were established primarily to construct a relatively perfect quality management system, which laid a solid foundation for ensuring the level and quality of assistant general practitioners standardized training.
