中医药高校学风建设实践探索与路径研究——以学业工作坊为例

Practice exploration of academic style construction in traditional Chinese medicine universities—taking Academic Workshop as an example

摘要: 加强学风建设是高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略选择,对于中医药院校人才培养起着重要的作用。以北京中医药大学中医学院学业工作坊为研究载体,围绕学生发展需求,将学风建设与学业辅导工作作为中医药人才培养工作的重要环节加以推进落实,以学期和年级为指标,横向推进、纵向融合,分阶段、分层次,逐步探索符合医学生特点的学风建设的路径,形成课程与实践双向激活、教师与学生共同参与、朋辈引领结合促进、线上线下沟通联动的新方向,提供具有价值的参考和实践。

Abstract: To strengthen the construction of academic style is a strategic direction for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and plays an important role in cultivating talents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Taking the Academic Workshop of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the object, we focus on students' development needs, promote the academic style construction and academic counseling work as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine talent training work, take semester and grade level as indicators, advance horizontally and integrate vertically, explore the path of academic style construction in line with the characteristics of medical students by stages and levels, form a new path of two-way activation of curriculum and practice, joint participation of teachers and students, combined promotion of peer leadership, and online and offline communication and linkage, and provide valuable references and practices.
