PBL结合图形勾画在进修医师颅底卵圆孔定位教学的应用效果研究

Efficacy of PBL teaching method combined with graphic outline in searching foramen ovale of skull base among further training doctors

摘要: 目的 探讨基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合图形勾画在进修医师颅底卵圆孔定位教学的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1-12月,在首都医科大学宣武医院疼痛科进修的医生共60名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。在三叉神经半月节球囊压迫术中实施X射线影像定位颅底卵圆孔教学,试验组采用PBL结合图形勾画教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式。通过理论考试和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果 与对照组相比,试验组的理论考试总成绩、影像成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组(85.8±8.5 vs. 69.3±13.7,P<0.001;24.7±3.9 vs. 21.8±5.2,P=0.020; 35.8±3.7 vs. 23.7±6.1,P<0.001)。问卷调查检查结果显示,在提高学习兴趣、提升学习能力、解决困惑迷茫、理解重点难点和满意度评分方面,试验组分别优于对照组(96.7±3.1 vs. 80.1±6.9, P<0.001; 95.2±4.5 vs. 76.7±6.2,P<0.001; 96.0±4.1 vs. 72.7±7.9, P<0.001; 93.8±5.3 vs. 69.7±7.4,P<0.001; 97.2±3.7 vs. 75.0±7.3,P<0.001)。结论 在X射线影像定位颅底卵圆孔教学的应用中,PBL结合图形勾画取得良好的教学效果,提高学生学习兴趣和学习能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method combined with graphic outline in searching foramen ovale of skull base for further training doctors.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 60 of further training doctors were randomly divided into two groups: experiment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The experiment group received the PBL combined with graphic sketching teaching method and control group received the traditional teaching method to search the foramen ovale in the procedure of balloon compression for trigeminal ganglion under X-ray guidance. The teaching efficacy were evaluated through theory tests and questionnaires.Results Compared with control group, the total score of theory test, radiology scope and operation scores were higher in experimental group, respectively (85.8±8.5 vs. 69.3±13.7, P<0.001; 24.7±3.9 vs. 21.8±5.2, P=0.018; 35.8±3.7 vs. 23.7±6.1, P<0.001). Questionnaires showed that better results in improving learning interest, improving learning ability, solving confusion, understanding key and difficult points and satisfaction were acquired in experimental group compared with control group (96.7±3.1 vs. 80.1±6.9, P<0.001; 95.2±4.5 vs. 76.7±6.2, P<0.0001; 96.0±4.1 vs. 72.7±7.9, P<0.001; 93.8±5.3 vs. 69.7±7.4, P<0.001; 97.2±3.7 vs. 75.0±7.3, P<0.001).Conclusion The PBL combined with graphic sketching teaching method acquired better efficacy in improving learning interesting and ability to search the foramen ovale of skull base under X-ray guidance.
