摘要： 医院建立一个良好的动物实验平台，配套建立一套完善的动物实验管理体系，如能使之良好运营，其中关键因素在于人。本文讨论了如何完善医院实验动物从业人员管理之中的相关环节，为提升医院实验动物从业人员的管理水平提供参考。

关键词: 人员分类, 培训, 计划, 考核, 激励

Abstract: Hospitals should establish a good platform for animal experiments and a complete set of animal experiment management system. For its smooth operation, the key factor lies in people. This paper discusses how to improve the management of laboratory animal practitioners in hospitals and provides reference for improving the management level of laboratory animal practitioners in hospitals.
