正念训练对护理专业学生心境状态的改善效果

摘要: 目的  探究正念训练对护理专业学生心境状态的影响。方法  选取45名护理专业学生,采用2×3的混合设计,组间自变量为心理训练方式(正念训练/无训练),组内自变量为时间(前测/后测/追踪测试),因变量为五因素正念量表得分和简明心境量表得分。结果  正念训练组后测和追踪测试的正念水平高于前测(P<0.001; P<0.001),后测和追踪测试的心境状态得分低于前测(P<0.001; P<0.001);无训练组实验参与者各因变量指标前后测差异无统计学意义。结论  正念训练可以改善护理专业学生的心境状态,且撤销干预后,心理效益的延续效果明显。

Abstract: Objective  To explore the effect of mindfulness training on the improvement of nursing students' state of mind. Methods  Forty-five nursing students were enrolled in a 2×3 mixed design. The independent variable between group was the psychological training mode (mindfulness training vs no training), and the independent variable within group was time (pre-test/post-test/follow-up test). In addition, the dependent variables were the score of mindfulness and the score of state of mind. Results   Mindfulness levels in the mindfulness training group were significantly higher in the post-test and follow-up test than in the pre-test (P<0.001; P<0.001), state of mind scores were significantly lower in both post-test and follow-up test than in pre-test (P<0.001; P<0.001); There was no significant difference in the dependent variables in the non-training group. Conclusion  Mindfulness training can improve nursing students’ state of mind, and the continuation effect after the withdrawal of intervention is obvious.
