摘要: 分析我国研究生导师现有遴选模式,探索导师遴选模式的改革方向,寻求导师队伍建设的长效机制。将培养机制引入导师遴选工作,建立以学院、学科、学校以及导师的持续成长为基点的培养机制,从被动遴选转变为主动培育,进一步提升导师队伍素质,使导师队伍建设更具科学性。

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the tutor selection policy in China, to explore the best approach of tutor selection,and to seek the long-term mechanism for tutor team construction. It introduces cultivation into tutor selection process,establishes the cultivation mechanism based on the different levels of teachers, colleges, disciplines and universities, and to enhance tutors’ creativity. The mode of tutor selection has transformed from passiveness to initiative, further improved the quality of tutors team and enabled more scientific tutors team construction.
