摘要: 教师是立教之本、兴教之源。在全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的大背景下,徐州医科大学以教师教学发展中心为主体机构,通过提升教师教学能力,唤醒教师教学热情等助推学校教师发展,积淀特有教学文化,营造良好的教学和育人环境,助力培养优秀的健康中国守护人。

Abstract: Teachers’ roles are the foundation of teaching and the source of revitalizing teaching.In the context of comprehensive deeper reform of teaching staff construction during the new era,Xuzhou Medical University takes the Teachers' Teaching Development Center as the main body to promote teachers’ development by improving the teaching ability and stimulating teaching enthusiasm of teachers, which can accumulate unique teaching culture, create a good teaching and educating environment, and help train excellent guardians of healthy China.
