摘要: 将PDCA 模式应用于对离退休人员的精准帮扶中,按照PDCA 循环的四个阶段,实现从发现问题、确定目标、制定计划到实施过程中的制度保障、信息化保障、准确识别、标准化流程,再到注重帮扶效果、不断改进帮扶细节,最后达到离退休人员满意、正能量指引作用不断增强的效果。总之,PDCA 模式促进了对离退休人员实施精准帮扶的开展,也是推动离退休干部工作主动作为的重要途径。

Abstract: This paper presents the application of PDCA model in precise assistance for retirees. We explore the four stages of PDCA cycle: finding problems, setting goals, formulating plans, system guarantee, information guarantee, accurate identification, standardization process, focusing on the effect of assistance and improving the details of assistance. After that,the retirees’ satisfaction and positive energy guidance function will be enhanced. PDCA model promotes the development of precise assistance for retirees. The application of PDCA model to precise assistance is the focus of retired cadres’ work and an important way to promote the initiative of retired cadres’ work.
