Abstract: Objective To study the change trend and composition of lung cancer hospitalization expenses between B specialized hospital and Z general hospital. Methods Data analysis was conducted by descriptive analysis, chi-square test, multivariate linear regression analysis and other methods. Results The factors influencing the hospitalization cost of patients with lung cancer surgery were the proportion of operation expenses, the proportion of disposable consumptive material, hospital types, accompanying diseases, the proportion of examination and treatment expenses, payment methods,hospitalization days and the proportion of drugs. Conclusion It is an important measure to adjust the cost structure of hospitalization and strictly control the use of disposable materials.
