医学全日制研究生“纵向建班”管理模式应用初探

摘要: 随着国家“医教协同”教育改革的实施,传统的研究生管理模式已不能适应管理需求,有必要采取一些新的措施来增强管理实施的效果。“纵向建班”是另一种分班模式,是指将专业相同或相近的同学组成一个班级,班级规模大概30 人左右。在这种模式下相同或相近专业的研究生相互交流的机会较多,对于研究生的管理有一定的应用基础,可以取得良好的管理效果。我院经过几年实践,对于医学研究生的管理摸索出一些应用经验,“纵向建班”分班模式的优势初步显现。对在读学生的问卷调查也显示,同学们很欢迎“纵向建班”班级存在,并期待其组织更多有意义的活动。笔者认为,可以将“纵向建班”作为研究生管理行政组织建设改革的重要举措以求增强管理的效率和达到更好的管理效果。

Abstract: With the reform of the education method of medical students,the traditional administration model cannot satisfy the situation and it is necessary to take some actions to enhance the effect of administration. “Vertical class” is another kind of class model. The method is classifying the students of the same or similar major into the same class and limiting the class size to thirty or so. Based on the facts that these students have more in common , this model has an application advantage and can get good administration effects. Through several years practice, we had some experience and this model made the administration more efficient. The survey of the current students shows they prefer this kind of organization and hope for more meaningful activities.This is an important method to organize the medical graduate students and can make the administration more efficient and achieve more administration effect.
