利用PDCA 循环法加强院内心肺复苏技术培训

摘要: 目的 根据对问卷调查结果的分析,了解全院医护人员心肺复苏技术的掌握程度及各科开展培训的情况。针对问卷所反映出来的问题,制定培训方案。旨在使全员掌握心肺复苏技术。方法 采用PDCA 循环法,建立一套完整的计划、实施、检查和新问题处理计划流程。建立师资队伍及院科两级培训机制。将理论和操作相结合,特别注重培养实际操作能力,使全体医务人员快速掌握心肺复苏技术。结果 培训结束后进行抽查考核,抽考合格率为87%。未合格者经强化训练补考后全部通过。结论 对全体医务工作者进行心肺复苏技术培训十分必要,且具有可行性。利用PDCA 循环法发现问题、分析问题、解决问题是行之有效的方式。借助这一手段,全院人员熟练掌握心肺复苏技术指日可待。

Abstract: Objective To investigate in the medical staff’s mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology and the training of each department by the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey. According to the problems reflected in the questionnaire, we developed training programs which aimed at making full mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology. Methods The PDCA cycle was used to establish a complete process of planning, implementating, inspecting and new problem solving. The teaching staff and the two-level training mechanism were established to make a combination of theory and operation with particular emphasis on the training of practical ability, which resulted in a quick grasp of CPR technology of the medical staff. Results An irregular spot-checking was made after the training, which had a 87% pass rate. Those who failed to pass the examination finally passed it after an intensive training. Conclusion It is necessary and feasible to carry out CPR training among the medical staff. The application of PDCA cycle is an effective way to find out problems and solve them with careful analysis. With this method, a skilled grasp of CPR technology of the whole staff is just around the corner.
