摘要: 本文主要探讨Mini-CEX在呼吸内科住院医师培养中的应用及价值。选取2014年7月~2015年7月间上海市肺科医院22名新入职内科住院医师,通过Mini-CEX对他们进行考核,每名住院医师接受6次考核。经过Mini-CEX考核,住院医师认识到自身的知识缺陷,并有针对性地加以改进,各项临床能力均明显提高,末次Mini-CEX各项测评项目成绩显著高于初次(P<0.01),教师和住院医师对132次Mini-CEX考核满意度均达90%以上。Mini-CEX是一种简单易行、效果显著的医学教学方法,值得在呼吸内科住院医师培养中应用并推广。

Abstract: To study the value of mini clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) in training respiratory residents, all 22 new respiratory residents of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital were evaluated by Mini-CEX from July 2014 to July 2015. Each respiratory resident was evaluated for 6 times. The respiratory residents realized their weaknesses through Mini-CEX, and their clinical competence was improved by strengthening exercises. There was significant statistics difference between the first and the last Mini-CEX scores (P<0.01). Teachers’ and residents’ satisfaction rate with Mini-CEX was more than 90%. Mini-CEX is a convenient and effective medical teaching method. The implementation of Mini-CEX is benefitial to better development of the respiratory residents.
