摘要: 目的 探讨神经外科专科护士在岗培训的方法及效果,全面提高护士队伍的整体素质。方法 采用岗位培训模式,分别对责一至责四4个不同临床护理岗位共计195名护士进行专科护士培训。结果 通过按照标准有针对性地培训,护士整体素质逐年提高,护理质量也稳步上升。结论 岗位培训模式下的专科护士培养有利于提升神经外科护理质量。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the methods of neurosurgical specialist nurses on-the-job training and its effects to enhanceoverall quality. Methods Mode of on-the-job training, 195 clinical nurses of four different groups were trained respectively. Results Overall quality increase year after year through targeted training in accordance with the standards, nursing quality is rising steadily.Conclusion Mode of on-the-job training is helpful to improve nursing quality in neurosurgery.
