摘要： 在住院医师规范化培训的背景之下，“双轨合一”人才培养模式为临床医学专业学位研究生提供了新思路。目前，“双轨合一”模式以在全国进行试点实施，本文将对培养思路及目标、实施现状及其问题进行探讨，以期提出合理化意见。
