摘要: 博士研究生教育是我国培养医学高级人才的最高层次教育,担负着为国家人民培养高素质开拓性医学人才的重任,关系到社会整体健康保障的质量,影响到我国医学事业的发展前景。医学学科本身的复杂性与多样性特点,加上心脏外科近年来在我国的迅速发展,使得心外科临床人员需面对内容丰富的专业知识,涵盖面广的新业务、新技术。同时,心脏外科本身科研任务重,如何使博士研究生在有限的时间内掌握更多的先进知识、提高临床及科研创新能力,了解更多相关的新方法和新技术,强化博士研究生的学习意识并提高其创新能力是每一位指导教师与在读研究生所面临的问题和努力的目标。

Abstract: The doctoral education is the highest level of education for cultivating medical talents in our country, bearing the responsibilities to cultivate high quality medical talents with pioneer role which is closely related to the quality of the overall health of the community and will further affect China's medicine development prospects. Complexity and variety of characteristics of medical science itself, coupled with rapid development of cardiac surgery in China in recent years, cardiac surgery clinical staff face a wealth of expertise, covering a wide range of new businesses and new technologies. Meanwhile, cardiac surgical research task itself is tough for doctoral students, then, how to master more advanced knowledge, enhance clinical and research innovation, learn more about new methods and new technology, strengthen the consciousness of doctoral studies and improve abilities to innovate in such limited time lay before every instructor and graduate student.
