医学生“职业身份形成”教育方法探析

摘要: 医学生“职业身份形成”教育的过程包括医学专业理论教育和医生职业素质形成教育两方面,这种教育方式的提出是医学教育模式改革的需求,也是医学模式转变的需求,同时对于缓解医患矛盾有积极的意义。本文探讨了在医学生职业身份形成教育过程中采用的一些做法,旨在呼吁除了要重视医学专业理论的教育,还应在课堂、实践、考核各个环节中增加职业素质形成教育方面的内容。

Abstract: The education process of professional identity formation includes the learning of medical theoretical knowledge and the education of professional quality formation, that is the requirement of medical education model reform, as well as the requirement of medical model change, meanwhile it has positive significance to relieve the tense between doctors and patients. This article discussed the methods used in our college to cultivate medical students' professional identity, in order to call on the attention not only on the medical theoretical knowledge, but also on the professional quality education in classroom, clinical practice and test.
