Abstract: Based on the problems of Continuing Medical Education(CME) management in a tertiary hospital, this article proposed that hospital administrators should become fully aware of the importance of CME, adopt the flexible and diverse forms of training to strengthen the training of knowledge within the scope of CME, construct the CME management system, and make full use of the network platform to spread the information about CME activities; and enhance publicity and education, and ensure the accurate and complete information of people participating in CME. New ideas for the CME development and management should be continuously explored, to implement CME in practice, in order to cultivate the qualified talents for the tertiary hospital to achieve the hospital sustainable development.
