Application of CBL +PBL teaching method inneurosurgery nurse leveltraining

Abstract: Objective To determine the teaching effect of the CBL + PBL teaching method in neurosurgery nurse level training. Methods CBL + PBL teaching method was applied in three diseases nursing level teaching (Craniopharyngioma, Pituitary-adenoma, Brainglioma), meanwhile traditional teaching method was applied to the teaching of other neurosurgical diseases. The effect of the two teaching methods was investigated by the self-designed questionnaire. Results CBL + PBL teaching method was conducive to enhancing professional knowledge and increasing the learning interest; it was also helpful to improve the ability of self-learning, teamwork and clinical thinking. It was superior to the traditional teaching method (P<0.05). Conclusion The CBL+ PBL is a useful teaching method in the neurosurgery nurse level training and should be popularized.
