PWW教学法在护理专业本科生心肺复苏实验教学中的应用及效果分析

Application effect of “practice while watching” teaching method in experimental teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for nursing undergraduates

摘要: 目的  探讨PWW(practice while watching)教学法在全日制护理专业本科生心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR)实验教学中的应用效果。方法  以2016级56名学生为对照组,采用传统教学法;以2017级护理本科50名学生为试验组,采用PWW教学法,即在学生自由练习环节,循环播放CPR分解动作视频,并通过一个完整院外急救案例视频强化学生对CRP操作完整流程的认识。考核评价指标为两组学生的单人徒手CPR操作成绩,分别对CPR操作总成绩以及客观指标成绩(即胸廓回弹、按压深度、按压频率、按压位置和人工呼吸的正确率)进行分析和比较。结果  两组学生CPR操作总成绩差异无统计学意义;试验组的学生CPR操作客观指标成绩(按压深度、按压频率、按压位置、人工呼吸)与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  PWW教学法能够显著提高护理本科生CPR的操作质量。

Abstract: Objective  To explore the application effect of PWW (practice while watching) teaching method in the experimental teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for full-time nursing undergraduates. Methods  Fifty-six students from the 2016 grade were elected as the control group and received traditional teaching methods; and 50 students from the 2017 grade were enrolled as the research group, receiving the PWW teaching method which included repeated video playing of CPR decomposing action during the free exercise session and a complete video of emergency case outside the hospital aimed to strengthen students' understanding of the complete process of CPR operation. The total CPR score and the objective index score of CPR of the two groups were compared.  Results  There was no significant difference in total CPR scores between the two groups. The objective index scores of CPR (depth, frequency, position and artificial respiration) in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion  PWW teaching method can significantly improve the quality of CPR for nursing undergraduates.
