基于团队的竞赛机制应用于麻醉学住院医师教学的效果

Effect of team-based competition mechanism applied to anesthesiology resident teaching

摘要: 目的  探讨基于团队的竞赛机制是否能够提高麻醉学住院医师日常培训的参与率及考核成绩。方法  选取2019年9月-2021年4月进行麻醉科规培的住院医师60名,按照组间均衡匹配的原则分为团队组(n=30)和个人组(n=30)。通过参加每周在线课程学习后进行随堂测试及阶段性考核,每次随堂测试后公布测试结果及团队或个人参与率排名,并设立奖励机制。比较两组住院医师随堂测试的参与率及阶段性考核成绩。结果  团队组研究对象在课程6〖FGS〗~〖FGN〗10阶段的答题率高于个人组,总答题率团队组高于个人组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的阶段性成绩均高于基础成绩,且团队组研究对象在阶段性理论考核中的平均得分要高于个人组平均得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论  团队教学法联合竞赛机制在麻醉住院医师教学中可增加住院医师答题率,提高考核成绩。

Abstract: Objective  To investigate whether the incorporation of team-based competition mechanism could increase anesthesiology residents’ participation. Methods  From September 2019 to April 2021, anesthesiology residents (n=60) from training programs were randomly allocated to a team-based competition environment (n=30) or the control individual group (n=30). After attending the weekly online course, we had the in-class test and stage assessment. After each in-class test, the test results and the team or individual participation ranking were published, and the reward mechanism were set up. The participation rate of in-class test and the performance of periodical assessment were compared between the two groups. Results   The participation rate of the team group was higher than that of the individual group (P<0.05). The performance of stage assessment was higher in the team group than that in the individual group (P<0.001). Conclusion  Team-based competition mechanism can increase anesthesiology residents’ participation and improve their performance.
