摘要： 病历书写是妇产科住院医师培训基地一项重要而基础的培训项目，一直以来在临床培训中得不到足够的重视，我院妇产科基地针对妇产科病历书写的特点，按照住院医师的不同培训年限制定循序渐进的培训和考核方法，取得良好效果。
Abstract: Medical record writing is an important and basic training program in the bases of obstetrics and gynecology. For a long time, it could not be paid attention to enough. According to the characteristics of obstetrics and gynecology cases, a series of training and assessment methods were formulated which achieved a good result.
