监测评估:强化高等医学院校教学质量评估模式探析

摘要: 监测评估作为一种新的评估方法,为各类教育评估提供数据基础,其基本内涵是数据驱动的、支持持续改进和多元判断。医学院校建立监测评估既是外部质量评估的需要,也是学校加强内部质量监控、提高自我评估的科学性及深入医学教育研究与改革的必然趋势,医学院校建立有效的监测评估体系,实现路径主要从组织模式、数据采集与分析、机制保障三方面来保证。

Abstract: Monitoring evaluation, as a new assessment method, provides a data base for various types of education assessments. Its fundamental connotation is data-driven, supporting continuous improvement and multiple judgments. The establishment of monitoring evaluation in medical colleges and universities is essential for both external quality assessment and an inevitable trend for schools to strengthen internal quality monitoring, to improve the scientific self-evaluation, and to deepen medical education research and reform. Medical colleges and universities establish effective monitoring evaluation systems. The realization path is mainly guaranteed from three aspects: organization mode, data collection and analysis, and mechanism guarantee.
