摘要: 住院医师岗位胜任力评价是毕业后医学教育体系的重要组成部分。本研究经过比较分析美国住院医师核心能力构成和“里程碑计划”以及我国现有的医师岗位能力评价量表,以我国现行住院医师培训的目标内涵为基础,通过文献研究、专家咨询等方法,构建本土化的住院医师岗位胜任力评价问卷,用于住院医师本人、同级与上级医师、管理者和患者对住院医师岗位胜任力的全方位评价,为构建毕业后医学教育培训 -评价 - 反馈 - 改善的完整教育过程提供参考。

Abstract: Resident post competency evaluation is an important part of post-graduate medical education system.Through literature research and expert consultation, this study analyzed the composition of core competence of resident doctors in the United States, the “Milestone plan” and the existing scale for assessing the residents’ competence in China,and built a localized assessment questionnaire of resident post competence based on the connotation of the objectives of resident training in China. Questionnaire can be used to evaluate the competency of residents by themselves, colleagues and patients, and can provide reference for improvement of post-graduate education system by establishing a training-evaluation-feedback-improvement cycle.
