摘要: 随着社会发展进步的需要,“新工科”建设成为国家高等教育发展迎接新阶段的重要途径,为产业、行业的发展培养新时代的人才。在大力发展新工科教育的背景下,高校的人才培养模式将朝着创新型人才方向进行探索。因此,近年来,高校重视学生创新创业教育的程度逐渐增长,作为一所培养应用型人才的高校,革新传统教育模式,在传统行业中培养应用型人才的同时,培养创新思路和创业理念逐步成为高校人才培养模式的新课题。基于多维度对创新人才培养模式的探索,在现有教学资源允许的前提下,通过建立医学影像专业学生创新创业工作室的实践,探讨行之有效的高校创新人才培养模式。

Abstract: With the social development and progress, the construction of new engineering is essential for the new stage of national higher education development, and for the training talents in the industrial development of the new era. Under the background of vigorous development of new engineering, the talents training mode centers on innovative talents. Therefore,in recent years, colleges and universities pay more attention to students' innovation and entrepreneurship education. As an application-oriented university, it has gradually become a new topic of talent training mode in colleges and universities to innovate the traditional education mode, guide students to develop innovative ideas and establish entrepreneurship concept while cultivating application-oriented talents in traditional industries. This paper focuses on the exploration of multi-dimensional innovative talents training mode, and explores the effective innovative talents training mode in colleges and universities through the practice of establishing innovative entrepreneurship studios for students majoring in medical imaging under the premise of the permission of existing teaching resources.
