摘要: 全科临床师资培养是全科医学规范化培训质量的重要保证,首都医科大学宣武医院作为全科医师规范化培训基地,在“5+3”临床基地师资培养方面,从师资的遴选、纳入标准、培训方式、考核机制等进行了实践与探索,培养建立具有带教实战能力的全科医学临床带教师资队伍,保障全科医学人才的培养及学科的健康发展。

Abstract: The training for general practitioners clinical teachers is the important guarantee of quality standardization training in general medicine. Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University as a general practitioner standardization training base, in the “5 + 3” clinical base of teachers training, from the selection of teachers, inclusion criteria, training mode,evaluation mechanism and so on has carried on the exploration and practice, which is based on culture teaching in actual combat ability of the clinical teachers in general medicine information team, to guarantee the healthy development of the general medical talent training and discipline.
